We want to hear directly from employers about the workforce challenges they are facing and connect those needs with partners, resources, and potential solutions.

The conversation will include challenges related to both recruiting new employees and supporting your existing workforce. Topics could include hiring and retention, skills gaps, training needs, transportation, employee advancement, attendance, childcare, or other barriers affecting your workforce.

This event is open exclusively to Growing Business and Business & Industry Partner members. HR representatives, business owners, managers, and others familiar with your organization’s workforce challenges are encouraged to attend.
